Introducing Hops of Hope with George the Frog

April 23, 2025

Mindful Hearts, Peaceful Schools & Homes

All posts

At Be Peace – Be Hope, we believe that education and well-being begin with understanding—especially understanding who we are—and that every child and caregiver deserves tools to feel safe, connected, joyful, motivated, and strong from the inside out.

That’s why we are overjoyed to introduce you to our newest heart-led initiative:

Hops of Hope with George the Frog

Mindfulness tools for kids and grown-ups to grow calm, kindness, courage, and connection—one hop at a time.

Led by George the French Frog, a gentle puppet with a big heart and a curious mind, Hops of Hope is a playful and powerful way for families and educators to explore emotional literacy, mental health, and mindfulness in a way that feels fun, safe, and approachable.

Why George? Why Now?

George the Frog first came to life in our hearts as a gentle guide, someone who could model vulnerability, celebrate emotional growth and kindness, and help children (and adults!) feel less alone in their big feelings, while learning to thrive in their lives and relationships. Since 2017, George has been hopping through classrooms in elementary, middle, and high schools, showing students how to communicate with kindness, even when life gets tough.

In schools, homes, and community centers across the globe, we have seen a growing need for emotional connection. Children are navigating anxiety, overstimulation, and uncertainty. Parents and teachers are exhausted. Relationships feel strained. And yet—there is so much hope waiting to be awakened.

That’s where George hops in.

What You will Find in Hops of Hope

Our goal is to make emotional wellness joyful, accessible, and culturally inclusive for every home and classroom. Each resource is backed by science, crafted with love, and built around what we call the Three C’s:

Calm –

Mindfulness games, breathing tools, and emotion check-ins designed to help regulate big feelings.

Courage –

Story-based videos that help kids and caregivers face challenges—like fear, frustration, or sadness—with empathy and strength, transforming those moments into understanding, connection, and opportunities for growth.

Connection –

Tools and activities to support relationships and kindness at home and at school, because healing and understanding happen in safe, loving spaces.

Why This Matters

Children don’t need to be fixed—they need to be heard.
Parents don’t need to be perfect—they need to feel supported.
Educators don’t need more pressure—they need partnership.

And they all need to be appreciated!

Hops of Hope is more than a curriculum or video series. It’s a movement of compassionate connection, joyful learning, and shared healing.

And it starts with one small hop.

Join the Movement

We invite you to explore the world of Hops of Hope with George, share it with your communities, and walk with us as we grow together a generation of mindful hearts and peaceful schools and homes.
