Our BTPBTH Summer Camp with iEducate

Every summer since 2017, the Texan-French Alliance for the arts and iEducate host a free Summer Enrichment Camp at underserved school campuses. 

After a successful 2017 partnership, the Texan French Alliance for the Arts / Be the Peace – Be the Hope teams partnered again in 2018 with iEducate to bring Social & Emotional Learning art workshops to the students. These sessions are led by our BTPBTH experts as well as college & high school volunteers. The goal is to empower children in at-risk environments by developing their creative and life skills and opening their potential so that they can project themselves into a positive future.

The iEducate team is covering instruction in math, physical & life sciences, financial literacy, social studies, and engineering. 

The whole program is designed to create an excitement around learning through lessons, activities and experiments led entirely by high-performing college and high school students. Every day’s schedule involves a combination of concept reinforcement and enrichment.
